2 Month Dr Visit

Today Maddison had her 2 month visit with Dr. Shepard, which means it was time for shots. Poor mommy!! :) Actually, Maddi did fantastic. She whimpered and let out one little cry, but then smiled when I picked her up and put her in her carrier. The nurse said ... "That's a first!" Too funny. But then she whimpered for a little bit while we walked down the hall and calmed down when we got out to the car.

She officially weighs 11.7 (66%) and is 24" (95%) tall.

The doctor explained to me that if she were to be compared to 100 other babies all at the same age, she would be #66 in weight (65 lighter than her) and 95 in height (94 shorter than her). We have a model on our hands! She's definitely daddy's girl! :) But my princess!!

After the doctor's visit, we did a quick grocery shopping trip, where she was a perfect angel and just looked around at all the bright lights. When we got home, it was another story. Fussy fuss began for a few hours until she finally passed out. When she woke up, we gave her a nice warm bath, daddy gave her a bottle, and now she's in her bed just softly cooing to herself.
